e – TEP , Bilateral Inguinal and Umbilical Hernia

bilateral inguinal and umbilical hernia repair with e TEP technique. 10 mm trokar inserts from left subcostal level on the left m.rectus posterior sheath. Retrorectus space open with blunt dissection to the pubic bone. and midline is opened with scissors. After bilateral inguinal dissection ,the defects is covered with mesh. meshs are fixed with glue. the umbilical defect and diastasis recti sutures with v-luc. and the midline defect side is cover with mesh too.
