Laparoscopic removal gallblader stones
Rest CBD stones after open cholecystectomy could not be removed with ERCP. Common bile duct is identified laparoscopically. duodenal tear occured due to intense fibrosis during exploration. Papilla Vateri opening was on the right side of the second portion of duodenum as a variation. Choledochotomy is performed and stones are removed with irrigation . T tube is inserted from papilla to duodenum and duodenal tear is sutured. T tube long arm is taken out of abdomen from the 5 mm trocar site.
