Laparoscopic umbilical hernia repair
the umbilical hernia was repair with laparoscopic technique . after defect was closed, hernia defect was covered with mesh (DynaMesh ) and the mesh was fixed with THD mesh tack device. one transfascial suture was used. the suture passer was used from the 5 mm trocar site and also the 5 mm trocar hole was closed with the same suture
