Stoma hernia ( ileal conduit )

www.laparoskopik.com, www.metinertem.com, The ileal condiuit is located to the right side of the abdomina wall. After adhesiolisis to the abdominal wall, hernia sac content is removed . The hernia ring is narrowed with suture . And hernia region is covered with mesh (DynaMesh IPST 17×17, 4 cm.).

The mesh is fixed the wall. Mesh slit is fixed  to the wall by overlaping and sutured to the  conduit by absorbable suture material.
