Retro-Rectus( muscular ) Repair
Umbilical hernia was repair with laparoscopic retro-rectus technique. three trocar was used both sides. After defect closed, hernia site was covered with the 12 cm circular mesh (DynaMesh) and mesh was fixed with glue (Liquiband Fix8 ). the posterior sheaths of the m.rectus was closed with running suture.
