Recurrent umbilical hernia

After open repaire, recurrent umbilical hernia, preveouse mesh is removed . Laparoscopic hernia repair is performed through two 5 mm trocars. Circular shape 12 cm Dysmesh is used. Mesh is fixed to the wall by double crown technique.
