Appendix stupm embedding
Sometimes appendix vermiform radix may be necrotizing. If you can’t ligate the stump safely then you should embed the stump. to embed the stump , first stitch of the running suture must tied and the stump be surrounded by the running sutures. the untied end of the suture is pulled so the stump will be embed easily.
