Recurrent stomal hernia
Recurrent stomal hernia was repaired by laparoscopic techniques. previous repair had been performed with goretex by open surgery. after one year later, the hernia was recurred. giant ventral hernia was occurred. the patient had a bladder cancer. stoma had been made for uriner rezervuar (ileal Condiut ). It was located the lower abdominal wall of the patient. we used four trocar and DynaMesh IPST. After closed the hernia defect with v loc suture, the mesh was fixed with scurestrap and transfascial sutures.
