Laparoscopic Right Hemicolectomy. Crohn Disease.
Crohn disease presenting acut appendicisitis. Operation started for acut appandicitis but the appendix radix was very thick, so to exclude the tumor of app. Frozen section was done. there wasn’t any sufficient result, the hemicolectomy decided. Three trocars inserted for appendicitis, these same trokars was used for hemicolectomy. Operation was performed from this three trocars. Intracorporeal side-to-side functional anastomosis was performed.
